Chino Shorts And Ray-Ban Summer Outfit
With a long weekend approaching and the weather forecast optimistically guaranteeing hot weather, we decided to chance it and take a visit to the beach!
The gamble we took on the sun being out paid off, it stayed blisteringly hot all day! In fact the sun was so bright it hindered our outfit photos for my mens fashion blog somewhat, we couldn’t actually use the sea for any background shots on the day due to the position of the light. Instead we opted for the beach steps instead, you may just be able to see a sprinkling of sand across them to prove we actually were at the seaside! The beach in question is at Burnham On Sea – a place that we regularly visited when I was younger, it was more or less our dedicated holiday location! Since that time, not much has changed, many of the same shops are still even there. Fortunately despite the sun being out, the beach was more or less deserted (at least whilst we took the photos!), so we were thankfully largely undisturbed.
It was a chance to finally unleash one of my chino shorts from the (admittedly large) collection I’ve accumulated. I opted for the Topman Light Blue Chino Shorts to add a subtle hint of colour. It was also the first time for me to wear one of those new designed ASOS slim fit rolled sleeve T Shirts (pleasantly surprised with the fit, so much so I’m going to add a few more to my summer wardrobe!). Topping the look off with my Coral Cap, Striped University Classic Toms (which are pretty much my regular footwear during the hotter weather) and a pair of Green Mirrored Ray Ban Aviators to help keep those over powering sun beams at bay!
