Men’s Skinny Fit Pinstripe Suit Outfit

Men’s Skinny Fit Pinstripe Suit Outfit

I took inspiration from the classic English gent style for my latest outfit, choosing a pinstripe suit with a skinny fit for a modern twist. Read on to find out more!

I normally wear casual clothing items almost non-stop, but for my latest look, I have gone all out in a three-piece suit ensemble. I had never even considered wearing the structured lines of a pinstripe suit, deciding that it was far too formal for my own personal style. Sometimes though it is necessary to step out of my comfort zone, choosing something which I would normally give a large birth.

Outfit

One of the latest arrivals from House Of Cavani was a deciding factor in broadening my horizons in regards to men’s suits, once I spotted the Roselli Pinstripe three-piece from their latest collection I was determined to give it a test drive! Boasting a very slim fit all over, even in the trousers (something I am very pleased with, the majority of their range is normally created with bigger guys in mind). The overall fit gives off the impression that it was tailored for my frame, something which is usually only possible from the typical high street stores such as Topman or River Island. In summary, I am incredibly impressed with this suit, I just hope this will continue with many of their future releases.

My choice of footwear was a pair of Ted Baker Daiser Burnished Tan Loafers, allowing me to go sock-less for that popular Italian suited vibe. The shoes feature a gorgeous brown tone, seamlessly blending from a lighter hue into a darker colour at the tip of the toe with a unique ombre effect. Not only are they beautiful to look at, but they are even comfortable to wear (those designer shoe brands need to take note and finally offering comfortable footwear!).

The final details for my newest outfit was a sleek burgundy stripe tie with matching pocket square, creating a visibly pleasing contrast effect against the deep blue navy of the suit. Naturally, my ensemble would not be complete without my trusty Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Automatic Watch (reviewed here), it’s blue face pairing effortlessly with the rest of the look.

Location

We decided to take the shots in the city of Bath, those London-esque streets filled with black railings, yellow brickwork and clean paving stones. In terms of locations, it was a perfect match for this English gentlemen style. When we were about wrap up the shoot, we spotted that red letterbox which can be seen in one of the photos, we just had to extend the duration with a couple of extra shots, which I think was worth it! After browsing through the snaps and editing them with my own theme, I am very happy with the results.

I’ve got to admit, after donning a smarter suited look, I am now a fan! I will definitely consider wearing similar outfits in the future! Is this something you would like to see more of? Please let me know in the comments section below.

Excellent Adam! I think I remember exchanging a note with you a year ago about looking for and trying skinny fitting suits. So where can we get these in the U.S.? Appreciate all your good work to help us guys dress stylishly and in fitted clothing!
