I am currently loving the latest collection from Keen (having featured their KS86 sneakers only recently – click here), thanks to their cool variations of established classics with a strong focus on comfortability (gone are the days when I merrily suffer for my art when it comes to men’s shoes!). The KNX chukka looks to continue this trend, offering unbeatable looks paired with that signature joy for your feet!
Style & Design
These Chukka boots feature a superb, understated design (with almost no branding, barring an embossed logo along the lower edge of the shoe and sole. They are constructed using the KEEN.FUSION technique which uses a glue-free bonding system that is both reliable and super comfy. As with all of their products, sustainability is high on the agenda – along with avoiding the use of harmful glues (and chemicals and pesticides), these shoes are PFA free, and the leather (premium, soft and supple) is sourced from environmentally preferred sources in order to keep their footprint to a minimum.
Additionally, the brand has incorporated an internal mesh lining that allows for a higher amount of breathability for your feet (along with the KEEN eco anti-odour element, ensuring that your feet are fresh every day (no matter how much you wear them).
Comfortability
Also, these chukka boots have been designed to promote a natural foot motion with a higher level of ground contact (thanks to a minimal heel-to-toe drop, forcing the foot into a neutral position) that feels more natural compared to other brands.
