I have been a massive supporter of the Herring Footwear collection (with more than a few pairs taking pride of place in my closet!). However, it may be surprising to hear that they also offer several premium pieces of clothing, including coats, jackets, accessories, and even knitwear. As such, the Wilkinson Peregrine cardigan offers a timeless, classic style, which, admittedly, has not tried to reinvent the wheel, but it really doesn’t need to. This lovely knit features a ribbed texture with an overall chunky feel (something that will keep you nice and toasty when the temperature dips) with raglan sleeves for a contrasting effect.

This cardigan has been lovingly crafted in the UK (always a plus point, especially in the modern world of overseas manufactured fast fashion), using super-soft merino wool. Even with a laser-point magnifying glass to hand, you would be hard-pressed to discover even a thread out of place or a knitting mistake. The quality effortlessly compares to all of the designer luxury brands on the market.
Wearability
The advantage of a chunky knit shawl cardigan is that it can effectively work with almost any outfit choice you can muster. Heading out for a shopping spree or lunch with your beloved?
