Father And Son Style With Herring Shoes
My Dad has always been a fan of stylish clothing, so we decided to combine our wardrobe collection to create a matching Father and Son look using a pair of premium boots from the UK brand Herring Shoes. Keep reading to discover more!

This is not the first time my Dad has made a guest appearance on my blog (and also my social media). Regular readers will have seen him pop up in a variety of fashion posts and even an article sharing his life story.
Dad has always loved clothes, especially fancy footwear (father, like son), and has owned a wide variety of shoes and boots throughout his lifetime. When he browsed the vast range offered by Herring Shoes, he was in his element!
Dad finally decided on the premium Burntwood boots (which undoubtedly look high-end), whereas I selected the striking Perry boots. They are mismatched, but that just creates an overall more effective display of different styles offered by the brand.

Father And Son Outfits
Overcoat Style
For our first double-look, we chose a smarter ensemble (perhaps even taking inspiration from The Peaky Blinders – after all, we are in Birmingham!).
Dad wore a charcoal jumper (simple yet effective), washed grey denim along with a light grey three button overcoat. The overall style was completed with flat cap and of course, the fantastic Herring Burntwood boots. For my outfit, I rocked a grey chunky roll neck jumper with dark grey skinny jeans and a warm grey wool overcoat. This was complemented with a flat cap, jewellery pieces and the Herring Perry Chelsea Boots.
Knitwear And Denim
For our second combination, we both opted for a slightly more casual aesthetic – knitwear with denim.
Dad picked out his blue half-zip jumper, which features a Fair-Isle design. This was complemented by a pair of washed black denim and a navy flat cap. Everything was topped off nicely with the Herring Burntwood boots (especially with the gorgeous dark brown leather on display).
I followed Dad with a deep brown roll-neck knitted jumper (which hugs the figure with great effect). I slipped on my distressed black skinny denim jeans and added a deep black flat cap. I then added a number of accessories—rings and my Omega watch to add some glitz. The Herring Perry boots matched perfectly with the super shiny black leather and pointy-toe cap.

This boot is lovingly handcrafted in Portugal using the very finest leather materials. The fit and comfort are top-tier, and they would be the perfect pair for everyday wear.
