Sea Splashing St Ives Beach Outfit
As we progress further into September, the temperature is very noticeably dropping. The mornings are particularly cold! To counteract this, I’ve decided to look back at the warmer weather we enjoyed during June, whilst enjoying our summer holiday at St. Ives, Cornwall.
This selection of photos was taken during of the hottest days which we spent on Porthminster Beach. The sun was beating down heavily and I attempted to combat the heat by venturing into the Cornish sea, hoping it would keep me cool. Despite the high temperature, the water was actually freezing! So cold in fact, I couldn’t spend more than a few minutes at a time with my legs submerged. I still managed to brave the shockingly icy waves to capture some quite impressive splashing photos to feature on my mens fashion blog! It was too good of a photo shoot opportunity to miss.
As were just spending a casual day at the beach, my choice of clothing was more practical, allowing the occasional breeze to provide some gentle relief. I opted for my Topman White Oxford Short Sleeved Casual Shirt, Teamed with a pair of vibrant aqua green swimming shorts! As to be expected, I was armed with a trusty hat! For this outfit I chose my newly acquired Calvin Klein Denim Cap. I had been hunting for this model for months, but due to its unavailability in the UK, I had to resort to eBay to get my fix. However, it was worth the challenge, proudly positioned next to my New Era Baseball Caps as one of my favourites in my collection! I decided to wear my Ray Ban Blue Mirrored Aviators to complete the summer look.
