US Jackets offers a vast array of different outerwear items – denim, plaid, suede, and leather. If there is a particular style you are looking for, this store will more than likely be able to fulfil that need! For the purpose of the review, I will be checking one of their leather bomber jacket items.
Style & Design
Bomber jackets were originally known as ‘flight jackets’ and used by the Air Force, yet it soon became apparent that their design transcended way beyond military use and entered the fashion world. This model has taken the classic design and created a striking-looking product. The jacket features soft, solid black leather throughout, with cotton fabric ribbing for the cuffs, hem, and neckline to create a classic finish. Zippered fastening is used along with a popper button closure for the pockets.
Wearability
Due to the simple yet effective design of the jacket, it can be worn with pretty much anything – from casual ensembles with jeans and boots or sneakers to a smarter look with a knitted jumper (such as the vibrant orange roll-neck as seen in the images). The internal lining is also soft, so even wearing it all day will be an enjoyable experience.
Sizing
The brand offers a variety of different sizing choices for their jackets, covering small frames up to larger options. I selected a S based on my measurements, and it was a great fit (not too loose nor too tight), so when you place your order, opt for your standard size.
Value For Money
Leather jackets, by definition, are typically higher-priced than other materials, yet this retailer’s collection is available at a very reasonable price point and very competitive compared to other brands on the market.
