Brown And Black Vintage Style Outfit

Brown And Black Vintage Style Outfit

Throwback to the start of the year before the madness happened with this outfit post – read on to find out more!

These images were taken around January, long before we could ever have imagined the world would be engulfed in a pandemic! I hope everyone is safe and well and that everything gets back to normal soon!

It was an outfit I had planned for a while; I was just waiting for the weather to stay dry for the photos I wanted to capture. I picked out a lot of clothing pieces that were brown, tan and black for something that was striking while staying within the realms of a classic ensemble. I chose a vintage-looking style coat (which incidentally, a group of guys took notice and one even asked where to buy it from – during the shoot), checkered shirt, black skinny jeans and cowboy boots.

Outfit

Breaking down the items in my outfit – Zara coat from a few seasons ago, rocking a retro vibe, paired with an H&M black and tan checked flannel shirt (very western inspired). Washed black skinny jeans from Nudie in the Skinny Lin cut and finally my Saint Laurent Wyatt Cowboy Boots in suede to complete the overall look.

Location

These shots were taken in Bristol, close to the Temple Meads train station; this area has lots of fantastic modern looking architecture (and areas to sit for some of these kinds of shots!) to utilise for outfit photography.

What are thoughts on this brown and black ensemble? Let me know your thoughts!
