Multi Layered Biker Jacket With Yeezy Static Outfit

Multi Layered Biker Jacket With Yeezy Static Outfit

As we approach the middle of March, the weather frequently thrusts us into that awkward period of uncertainty with outfit choices, flicking pre-summer heat and ice-cold frost. In order to combat this, I decided on a leather jacket, layering combination outfit, read on to find out more about it!

Even though my outfit is something you would typically see during milder weather, it was actually freezing when doing these shots! My hands were numb, and my face (currently sans beard because of my Gillette SkinGuard Razor Review) unprotected from the elements, fun times! However, it was necessary to get this done as I had big ideas of creating content using a selection of different coloured New Era baseball caps (my plan was to sit on a bench or wall, pondering over which cap I should wear). Even though we left early afternoon, it was one of those days when the darkness began to fall fairly quickly and time was not on our side!

Outfit

For this outfit, I wore my Boda Skins Kay Michaels biker Jacket, still my overall top leather jacket in my wardrobe despite testing out a variety of rivals. If you are new to the brand, my review will help you discover the many pros and the (very few) cons. I tried something different for this outfit, choosing to style the jacket with layering. Adding an AllSaints plaid check shirt to the mix, left open to reveal a classic white T-Shirt.

Regular readers will no doubt be familiar with my chosen pair of denim, that skinny black faded colour and large knee rips all point to my GRLFRND Skinny Jeans from Revolve Clothing. I really do need to get a backup pair of these for the future! Although, they have been available for the last few years now. Shoe wise, this is something new on my men’s fashion blog and is only the 2nd time I have worn them! My Yeezy Static from Adidas, keep a close an eye out for a review soon!

Location

With my outfit selected, we hit the mean streets of Bath (although you could hardly label those clean cobbled pavements with the moniker of ‘mean’) in search of a new location for photos. As already stated, my number one priority was to capture that aforementioned baseball cap shot. Luckily, we quickly stumbled across an ideal wooden bench, complete with a local street pigeon! He actually decided to stick around during the shoot, adding something unique to the photo (almost as if he’s helping me decide which baseball cap colour to choose from!). Once completed, we needed to move on and find another area for the remainder of the photos; this seating area was beginning to draw a crowd.

Within a short distance, we encountered a mostly deserted street with a handful of old fashioned looking shops in the background. The light was dimming quickly, which generally causes issues with quality, but on this occasion, it gave us the added benefit of an orange glow stemming from the previously mentioned stores. Overall, I was happy with the outcome, even the sitting image which is invariably hit or miss judging from past experiences.

What do you think of this new selection of photos, is it an outfit you would wear? Did you like the layered look and also the multi-cap image? Please let me know in the comments section.
