Thomson Carter is a relatively new fragrance brand on the market, hitting the ground running with various options available for both men and women (with many sitting in the unisex category, ideal if you and your partner want to share!). According to their online bio, Carter has been passionate about fragrances since a young age, thanks to his mother’s own love of luxury perfumes. He even experimented with creating new scents during his teenage years, and this love continued into adulthood with the birth of the Thomson Carter brand.

Design
The bottle design portrays a high-end style, thanks to the clear glass bottle complemented by a simple black lid and label bearing the text in contrasting white. The cap is cylindrical, featuring grooves that aid in the design and allow an easy grip. The text includes a simple yet effective pattern that breaks up the overall layout. In short, the construction and style of the bottle ooze class and will easily sit in pride of place amongst the rest of your premium grooming products and designer accessories.
Scent
The scent of the Carter Redroom is a glorious event for the senses – mixing citrus, lavender and musk together for a fresh and inviting flavour! After the initial spray, you will sense the taste of citrus in the air, which is soon followed by that lovingly familiar lavender aroma. This fragrance will be your new go-to, equally suitable for a day at the office or an evening of leisure. Thanks to the quality ingredients, the scent is long-lasting (estimated up to 10 hours) and kind to delicate skin!
Packaging
The Redroom perfume arrived in a sturdy parcel, shielding the contents with a soft crate paper. However, once you have passed this protective outer layer, you will be greeted with a box that can only be described as luxurious. The large black square boasts a substantial weight and includes an outer sleeve featuring the brand’s name and the perfume style. The box opens and closes using a magnetic flap with a soft-touch laminate material used throughout. The bottle is held securely inside within a cut-out section, adding to the overall luxury of your new purchase.
The box also includes the quote “First impressions are everything” on the outer flap and “so let’s make them last” on the inside, visible as soon as you lift the lid – Carter has certainly used this as the mantra in the design process.
