Moda The McEwan Edinburgh Apartment Review
I had the fantastic opportunity to stay at the Moda The McEwan apartments in the beautiful gothic city of Edinburgh – I will be showcasing my thoughts on the stay in my latest lifestyle blog post, along with a carousel of images to share with you.

The McEwan is one of the many locations dotted around the U.K. that sports the Moda moniker, and since my stay, I can appreciate the level of quality the brand stands for. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the entrance to a beautifully furnished lobby and friendly staff who were on hand to help and check us in.
Apartment Details
We reached the elevator to our apartment after being led across the courtyard (through a series of securely card-locked doors for extra safety). As soon as we stepped through the doorway, we were instantly impressed by the spacious open-plan style design.
From the entrance, you enter the fully featured kitchen area (fridge/cooker etc.) and then onto the huge living room area with large and comfy sofas facing a big LCD TV screen. If you head to the left, you will reach the first of three bedrooms (fashioned in green), which leads onto its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. The sleeping area includes a large wardrobe and cupboards with ample windows to allow a vast amount of light inside the room.
Moving back again from the living room, if you head to the right, you will come across the 2nd bedroom (with a yellow vibe), then a little further to bedroom 3, which boasts a gorgeous pink hue decor (my personal favourite). This area also includes a second bathroom (featuring a bath along with the standard shower). This double bathroom idea was a dream; my partner and I could get ready twice as fast (ideal if pushed for time!).
Checking around the apartment, the addition of different appliances and features was extensive, and all were of high quality (with a modern and striking design). When it was time to sleep at the end of the long day, we slept peacefully and well, thanks to the super soft bedding! We felt refreshed in the morning and ready to start another busy day!
Special mention must go to the gifted Deliveroo meal, too – we opted for a fantastic feast from Wagamama, which completed our stay perfectly.
Final Thoughts
If you want to find somewhere to stay in Edinburgh, then definitely check out the Moda McEwan – beautiful decor, large and spacious, fully featured, high-security and in a great area close to the Haymarket train station – what more could you ask for?
