Skinny Fit Beige Check Suit Outfit

Skinny Fit Beige Check Suit Outfit

Time for another outfit post on my fashion blog, once again I can be seen venturing outside in another skinny fit suit. Read on to find out more!

It has taken me a long time to finally get used to wearing suits, I guess I always associated it with formal occasions or something I would grow to like as I got older, but it never materialised. For many men, wearing a suit is a daily thing, particularly if they work in an office when it can be a mandatory dress code. However, since last year I have been slowly drawn to that sleek look which only a well-fitted suit can provide, be it a standard two-piece or even a three-piece style. It all started innocuously with a burgundy skinny fit suit from Topman and it steadily grew from there.

For this look, I once again picked out a little number from House Of Cavani (following on from my Men’s Skinny Fit Pinstripe Suit Outfit), another new release from their latest collection which has fortunately opted for that same skinnier fit which I adore. This one is definitely a step or two out of my comfort zone! Taking inspiration from Tony Montana with its light beige tones and a subtle blue check running through the fabric. Normally I would give something so outlandish a wide birth, but the combination of a very slim silhouette and unique design inspired me to at least give it a try! I am so glad I did, I feel the lighter hues of the material pair quite well with my skin tone (which is actually surprising, considering I am particularly pale most of the time!).

I paired the Cavani Caridi Three Piece Suit with one of their navy stripe tie sets, I purposely left out the matching pocket square, instead choosing the navy flower lapel pin (complete with metal chain) to really push the boat out, offering up a timeless look with all those details on show. The Peaky Blinders trend is still in full swing (and is likely to continue with another new series premiering this year) and including these kinds of additional extras to your ensemble will definitely get you noticed!

My choice of footwear was my beautiful pair of Ted Baker Brown Loafers which are incredibly comfortable to wear (even without socks), If only all brands were created equal when it comes to ensuring your feet are treated with luxury and comfort.

I always wanted to have a matching bag and shoes look, this outfit made that dream a reality! My Anthony Edward Classy Duffle In Cognac is the perfect compliment to my loafers (the colour is almost identical). It gave me a reason to take the hold-all outside too, giving me the extra benefit of a large enough storage area to contain all of my necessities (camera, refreshments and even a potential change of clothes!).

Do you like seeing me in smarter formal attire? Or would you much rather see me wear more street style looks? Please let me know in the comments section below!
