My-Picture is a brand that was originally founded back in 2006 when two brothers wanted to create a company that aimed to combine both art and photography. The idea is that so many photos taken are largely lost and forgotten on smartphones or hard drives, whereas now they have the option to give life and longevity to these hidden photography gems and allow people to display them around the home.

For the purpose of the review on my lifestyle blog, I take a look at one of their custom cushions and premium mugs – read on to find out more.
Placing Your Order
First things first, browse their huge range of items in their online store, ranging from canvas prints to stationary and choose whichever takes your fancy! I picked out the aforementioned large cushion and premium mug. Once you have picked out your favourite pieces, then it is time to either go out and snap some new shots to use or browse something wonderful you clicked previously.
When you are armed with your photo choices, it is simply a case of clicking on the product you want, choosing your size and uploading your photo from your computer hard drive or smartphone photo album. Once the images are uploaded, you can move them around or zoom in or out to position them how you wish (depending on the size and shape of your photo); once you are satisfied, you can save and go straight to check out and place your order.
It is rather a simple process and can be completed in minutes without too much fuss; then, all there is to do is sit back and wait for your order to arrive in the post!
Final Product
I received my items roughly two weeks after placing the order (close to the Christmas period, so I expected a slight delay) in two separate parcels; both came well packaged in heavy-duty card boxes.
The personalised cushion was larger than expected, but this was a welcome surprise! The substantial size allows it to sit pride of place in your living room or lounge! The cover arrived packaged within a plastic sleeve, and I needed to slip it over the admittedly soft cushion, and it was a perfect fit. The fabric of the cover was soft to touch, with an almost velvet-like feel, making it extra comfortable when sitting with it during your evening chill-out time. Additionally, the print was outstanding, really capturing the feel of the beautiful scenery with the photograph I took using my DSLR camera.
The photo mug was of excellent quality, all solid white, ensuring the image used really pops out! Definitely the cup I will be using for my hot drinks of coffee and tea going forward!
Value For Money
When it comes to price, it is more than reasonable especially considering it is a custom order using your own content (use my unique code at the top of the page, you get an extra 20% off! Overall
No doubt about it, top score from me! – the brand offers an incredible system with a user-friendly website allowing you to choose your product and upload your images with ease! Print and production is swift, and you will receive your order fast. The final product features an amazing quality at an excellent price point. My-Picture is highly recommended to anyone looking for custom printed canvases, mugs, cushions and more!
