The SIVGA brand was launched in 2016 with the goal of crafting an audio collection that is comfortable to wear (even for extensive periods of time) and that will match the decor of the stylish gent, thanks to fantastic designs and the use of genuine wood elements across their range.
The brand boasts a range of headphones, earphones, and audio accessories to suit any sound lover and their individual needs.
For this review, I will be checking out the Upgraded V2 model of the popular SV021 from SIVGA in a Beechwood finish. Are you ready to hear about my experience with this bit of kit?
Design & Style
The design aspect of the majority of headphones on the market varies wildly from basic and simple to “what were they thinking!?” Fortunately, the SV021 Pro avoid both pitfalls and offers something that is visually stunning! It combines a mix of natural wood finishes (either beechwood or zebrawood), soft velour ear pads, and metal detailing to create something visually stylish (both when worn or simply placed on your desk).
Special mention goes to the included cables, which come in a matching colourway (gorgeous orange and brown tones).
Sound Quality
Simply Amazing! I could quite easily end the review with that statement – the audio quality from these SIVGA headphones will either blow you away (if you’re enjoying the latest action movie), provide an intense atmosphere (when creeping the hallways in a horror game), or deliver the gentle orchestral layers of a classic music masterpiece.
Usage
Thanks to the selection of different connectors provided (whether you need 3.5mm or 6.35mm), you can enjoy music, movies, and gaming either at home or on the go (as they are wired, there is no room for Bluetooth – but there has definitely been a shift in recent years, with a newfound level of popularity for “wired” headphones).

Comfortability
I have tried out a wide variety of different headphones over the years (from budget models to premium), and more often than not, I have found them to be heavy, awkward to wear, or even “squashing” your head far too much! The first thing you notice is how soft the ear pads are on the Pro V2 (almost silky!), which makes for a massively comfortable experience (whether you are enjoying the latest chart-topper, blockbuster movies, or a late-night gaming session).
Packaging
The box construction is every bit as top-tier as the headphones themselves – a solid, textured black box with a minimal amount of branding and text (just enough to describe what you are getting). The lid is super tight, very similar to those ever-so-slick premium Apple boxes – it glides off, revealing the high-end audio device inside. The headphones are nice and secure thanks to soft foam lining, and the cables are tucked inside a complementary-toned beige hemp fabric bag.
Value For Money
The prices for headphones range from super budget (at around £15-25) and can invariably reach astronomical amounts (sometimes in the thousands!); however, the SV021 are sitting in the low/middle range with an RRP of £179.99. Frankly, the supreme audio quality and absolutely drop-dead gorgeous looks would make you believe that they should cost much more! Definitely a worthwhile investment for any budding audiophile.
